OPERATOR REFERSHER TRAINING INSTRUCTIONS

The refresher training is intended for operators that intend to take the test on July 17.
The cost of the training is included in the cost of the conference registration fee. Only
check "Yes" if you plan to attend the training and take the test and do not plan to attend
the conference sessions. Testing registration and fees are not included in the
conference fees and is handled seperately through DWEE.
